To clear the matter up I thought I would read what the label says on the haggis
Ingredients:
Lamb lungs, Water, Oatmeal, Beef Fat, Beef Liver, Beef Hearts, Dried Onions, Barley, Salt, Spices, Colour (E150)
If it is required I will also give you cooking instructions and the nutritional information....But only upon request....
