Wen i try to access my stuff on the Xp pc from the 98 pc i get asked 4 a password, sumfing bout IPC$?

Ok then, Start-help and support, type Local security settings in the search bar-search, click "Edit Local security settings" in the 'pick a task' and click the open Local security settings.

I have tried doing that but wen i get into administrative tools, there is no "local security settings" so where can i go from there coz i have the same problem.
