thanks to everybody. I am from spain and i don´t know if the telephone number they give me is algo for spain or something like that. I report this message also to the "Bug" Forum, but i haven´t still received a reply......i hope i don´t miss my game XDDDDD

You might get a staff response if you post this topic in the Site bugs forum.

Well it means that it can't tell you if they have sent your order or not or tell you where it is at the moment for goodness knows reason.But just ignore it you will still get your game.
