Personally, I like #3, for going to the middle island armed with a HELL of alot of weapons, walking round finding LARGE groups of people to chuck molotov cocktails into their midst, therefore annoying the police forcing me to LEG it all the way to the ammo place where you can pick up the LARGE green truck. Then THUNDERING along the roads smacking ALL the cars out the way to the Casino where I proceed to stand on the roof shooting down helicopters down until the army come out ... where I usually get killed.
I love making my own rules.
I have to say, one thing I DO like about #3 over Vice City is the nice fog effect. I love a bit of fog me. Plus driving around to intense Drum And Bass is ALWAYS entertaining.
I'm going to write an email to Rockstar: 'More fog and bass please'

The apache is quite good but it takes too much effort in order to aquire it.

I liked the rampage icons in GTA3 & Vice City. They were pretty fun, especially the chain gun one near the Army base in VC - that one was probably the toughest!

Yep, but the Sparrow was so manouverable. But then, the Apache did have speed. And Missiles...
the apache gunship was far better - you could kill boys in blue by the thousand.
