Of course not, you stupid! I dont see why they should make it illegal, as long as it doesn't harm any one or any thing, it will stay legal
Nah, don't think it would be illegal because a lot of games stores actually use that all the time, they also say they have the best offers and s**t, it's not true usually but it's just to get customers through the door.
That surely can't be illegal, people do it all the time; banks, for example. They're always advertising on TV about how much better than the rest they are.
Who on earth uses those kind of slogans? EA? :D

depends on what it is really,if it is something that can never be substantiated(opinion based) you can say what you like because no-one can prove you wrong.eg steps are better than the beatles,you may not agree with me but you cant prove me wrong.
