In the police station isn't it? Near your hotel room.
It's in the Police station. Just as you enter, go to the first room on yer left.You get a couple of wanted stars as soon as you go in that room but you will see the uniform icon infront of you, so dash for that.

thaks, i got it and had some fun on the bade, hehe...i blew up everyone and everything in site, then went to the guard tower to hide. stayed alive for 25:34, my new record and with 6 stars

ya, i am stuck on some of the extra missions. Like the hatians and the malibu and the film studio. But i am going to beat the malibu soon, hopefully
The film studio was fairly easy from what I remember...
The Haitan missions were a pain, love sniping em though :D
