I begin to panic and thrash my arms but they overpower my and lift me, struggling, onto a metal trolley. My arms and legs and bound to the trolley and they begin to push me out of my room. I don’t know where I am going because all I can see is the ceiling and the occasional light bulb. We hit a door. I’m not in another room with a brighter light mounted on the ceiling, radiating a bright white beam of light. I am hauled from the trolley onto another bed and bound down again.
The figures in white confer with each other for a brief moment, before approaching my bed. They stand over me, their eyes fixed on mine, pupils dilated. One of them produces a needle and flicks it briefly on the side sending a few drops of fluid onto the sheet of the bed. “Hold still” he says in a monotone voice “This will be over real soon.” He jabs the needle into the side of my neck and after a few long seconds my vision fades to black.
In my semi unconscious state I muse over my situation. Where am I? What am I doing here? Who are there people? What are they doing to me?
My heavy eyelids rise to be greeted by the warm morning light. I open my eyes fully and glace around. I’m back in my own bed. What happened last night? My pyjama top is open and as I reach to pull it shut I notice my side is bandaged. I panic. It wasn’t a dream, I was abducted! I begin to think about how I will tell the newspapers my story, maybe even appear on the Sci Fi channel, when a young woman walks into my room.
“Who are you?” I begin, but am interrupted by a soothing “Shhh”. I concede my questioning as the young woman approaches my bed. “Don’t struggle” she says sweetly, “You need your rest.” I observe her carefully, wondering who she is, and then ask, “What happened to me last night, do you know anything about it?” She smiles kindly at me and replies, “You had the kidney transplant you’ve been waiting for, sir, and it all went well.”

It was well-written, though. For any (like myself) who didn't suspect the answer so easily, there was a good `twist´ at the end.
