A lot of new box junctions in their area?
I have. On one local stretch of road there are 2 (plus a couple of new speed cameras):
One at a juction where a road leads off to an industrial building - maybe you can argue a case for it, with a few lorries coming out each day, maybe there's a bit of potential for problems. Maybe. But then why put it in Now?
The other is just a turn-off down a average lane, nothing requiring a box junction at all.
And when were these put in? Just a couple of weeks after the government announce new fines will come in for people not using box junctions properly.
Surely more evidence of the government using traffic fines as a stealth tax?
