Anybody use Cahoot for banking/Loans etc?

I'm thinking of getting a 5.9% loan from them and noticed they do banking as well as lending, which I wasn't aware of.

Are they any good? I'm with HSBC right now, with a standard bank account. Should I change?

I may as well change to an online bank if they can offer me more - I haven't stepped into a branch for years!
