I was originally going to post a thread asking for an A4 scanner but then on reflection I think I might need something bigger. I'm guessing very few have a scanner larger than A4 so I'll go with which are the better brands or is it not really a problem which I go for.

If you want to scan bigger items you could always scan both halfs and put them together. Having done it a few times it is quite difficult, but not impossible, and it would be alot cheaper to do that.
I just saw one price for an A3 scanner and that was well over 700 pounds. Okay I didn't think they would be that hugely expensive. If this is what kind of money they want, perhaps I should stick to A4 instead.
