Watched "Amelie" yesterday (marvelous film) and am now collecting all the films by Jean-Pierre Jeunet on DVD (already got them on video, but so well watched the quality is going)

Does anybody know where I can get a french language (English Subtitles) version of "The City Of Lost Children" preferably with a direcotrs commentary?

I have "Delicatessen" on order, french language and commentary, but for some reason COLC is dubbed.

I know I should trawl the internet myself, but I don't have time due to work. Grrrrrrrrrr.

Hence "Alone in the Dark" lite, in the same way that "Armed and Dangerous" is "Giants : citizen Kaboto" lite.

I.e. similar, but all the good bits of the better title taken out.

Heh. One of my cats is called Miette after the little girl in that film. It's a classic.

I might buy it too. I've had it on video for ages now but never bother to watch it, whereas the dvd will offer much better visual quality, good for such a great visual film.

Not the cheapest, but that's the version. I'm sure other sites have it (dvdpacific.com is a good place to try).
Good film, I haven't seen it in quite a while though. I also had the PS1 game of it which was an interesting little novelty.
