this time of year, no doubt some people have had/ or have the flu... and its just arrived in me this week, when i planned to relax and enjoy the rest of my study leave... so far today i have had 2 ibuprofens and 3 or so paracetamol...how about you??
By vitamins do you mean raw glucose?
I've been taking these vitamin things for now.
Don't normally need them, but this year's different.
Anyway, they taste nice.

20mg of Hydrocortisone
5mg of Fludrocortison
In about an hour I'll be taking another 10mg of Hydrocortisone.
And tomorrow I shall do the same, and the day after that and the day after that...f o r e v e r
