"Help needed - Guinness Add"

Can anyone help me, I am mad to find out who sang (or the title even) the song from the new guinness add, you know the onewhere he jumps into the sea and swims to the states to say sorry to another guy, i think its called Hay Day but I couldnt be sure and I havent a clue who sings it.

Any help would be very much appreciated
