Does anyone know if GTA2 has any problems running on XP, its just i cant seem to get it to work... any help?
If you have the Freeloader version, which runs off disk, it should work. The main problem is, XP won't run most games from before the past couple of years. I had enough trouble installing some CM stuff, due to the lousy graphics.
You can only run gta2 on xp if you have the cd, if you have a copy just on your hard drive it wont run.

Right, got it. "Explore" the CD, then right click on setup. Go down to "properties" the click on the "compatibility" tab. Select "Run in compatability mode for .... eg. Windows 95" or whatever GTA2 is for. Hope this helps.
And where's that? ANyone got any other ideas?
You could always try that "Run in compatibility mode for...." thing. Never has worked for me, but meh. I'm off, so good luck getting it fixed.
