I agree Battle Mode sucks, but nromal multiplayer is genius. The amount of hours I've wasting destroying my mates is astounding ;-)

IMO

Pro Evo 3 + 4 people = impossible to stop playing.

Mario Party 5 + 4 people = greatness for a good while.

DD Co-Op + 4 people = greatness for at least an hour.

DD Battle Mode + 4 people = very good for a bit, then dull.

I suppoose it's all about taste, I find Pro Evo 3 as dull as hell in multiplayer, yet Double Dash is my first choice when some mates come around and is one of the few sequels that hasn't disappointed me.

It ain't bad, but the likes of Mario Party 5 and Pro Evolution Soccer 3 annhialate it.

MK: DD is brilliant for multiplayer, easily the best I've played this year. It has it flaws, but it's still one of the best games of the year, due to being horribly fun and having some great levels to plough through.
