Ok, you all know the tradition of breaking a bottle on a boat, and then making sure the first thing said is the declaration of the boats name.
Well...
There was a woman somewhere quite important I think who was meant to be 'doing this' (I don't know the official term) to a boat. Well it comes to her bit, and she tries to smash the bottle, but it doesn't smash because she doesn't hit it hard enough.
Her: Bolloccs
So in keeping with the tradition, the boat has been name 'Bolloccs' after this slightly weird event, because it is thought unlucky to name it something else.
