Well is your blocked then obviously theres no point in getting unblocked because the person who blocked you will just block you again.

As you've probably gathered from other peoples' posts, you can't get unblocked by doing something yourself, unless of course you want to do some serious grovelling/apologising etc. to woever blocked you for whatever it is you've done.
