Every day I would wait for the postman until it got too much and I sent them an email 3 days ago asking them when they had despatched my Zen, they replied the next day to say they expected to despatch it later that day and they would email me a tracking number,
Nothing has happened.
The moral is look after your creative products because taking advantage of the warranty involves sending your product to ireland where they keep it until it becomes obsolete...
