???? is there something thats not been tweaked somewhere? Or is it that non dual channel motherboard?? Bloomin heck ive seen slower systems with radeon 9600s at stock get higher marks...
My motherboard doesnt support AGP fast writting meaning that all the graphics commands are passed from the CPU to the VPU Via RAM.Thats the culprit.
Now remember I said I couldnt overclock above 2.94Ghz... well its because my mobo only overclocks in sync mode so the ram was maxing out at 208Mhz FSB (416Mhz DDR).
So Im planning to get PC4000 RAM (Upto 250Mhz/500Mhz DDR) that will allow overclocks upto 3.5Ghz in theory, this should also have a direct effect on the graphics performance as the RAM will be running significantly faster etc...
Got the latest drivers?
What rating is the power supply? It could be that you are trying to run too much off of it. That was the cause of a friends DVD problems.
Don't run 3D Mark with other programs running.
Hope this helps,
S.A.
