Does anyone know which is the best bulletin board and how you go about putting up details on one so that when a search engine (like google etc) will pick up the message that you have attached to said bulletin board ?

No as in I have a friend who wants to post information to a bulletin board but he wants people to be able to find it if they use a search engine and enter some of the words in as the critera. Will it do it automatically or is there a technical way that it has to be set up ?
