Yeah Its true. I won GTA Vice City, when it first came out.
In fact if you click on any users name, it will tell you how many games they have won.
Ofcourse it is true, they give a game for the best review and another for the best walkthrough. every day they give 2 games out. and they even run an extra game a day competition.
