Got DreamWeaver CS4 to build my website with. Have not got a clue where to start. Wondering if anyone knows where to get a decent guide to teach me the basics? Thanks.

Hi Sonic (or can I just call you Chris)?

I don't have any guides but I've used Dreamweaver to build my sites for more years than I care to remember. I currently have CS4 so if you have any 'how do i...' or 'what the flip is going on when I do this...' sort of questions then ask away and I'l see if I can offer advice.

I use online training courses quite a bit - very quick to get up to speed on most things. You can sign up for one that I use here:

APEX

You can also view some of the initial chapters free before you decide to see if you like the method.

Others include Total Training but the apex one you can pay monthly and cancel as soon as you like.

The SiteBuilder is just an optional add-on, although because i was taken straight to it, i presumed it was just part of the package and i had to use it. Apparently not.

I thought your non-Freeola site(!) was using a dodgy website 'builder' that wouldn't let you upload images? ;¬)

How have you changed to DreamWeaver?
Are we going to get to know the URL of your creation? :¬)
