The option of sending them one was considered. :D
Currently I'm thinking of putting together a CD of barks and see if playing it shuts them up when they're barking. If not then I'll leave it on when I go out and tire the things out. Bwahaha.

Muzzles usually work to shut them up but as I assume they're not your dogs it's not an option?
Get a bigger, louder dog yourself.
