No, not me, but my collection of consoles. It feels like I'm going to be left behind this time in that I could possibly afford to buy a Gameboy Advance when they come out, but anything beyond this is pretty much out of my league. So while you lot go and get PS2, Gamecubes and X-boxs, I'll be left with my PSX, N64 and my trusty Dreamcast.

The funny thing is, I'm not really worried about it at the moment. This is partly because I know that one day the consoles will come down (and may have a nice collection of good games by then anyway) in price and the other is that I have a fair amount of good games that I can happily go back and play again. I was even thinking the other day of finding out how much I can get a SNES and Megadrive for, but my wife would probably hang me from the ceiling for getting more 'junk' hardware!

Actually, that's the other problem with getting new hardware when it comes out. I'd probably have to look at getting rid of my older consoles to make room for the new ones (I've already been threatened with having them moved upstairs to the 14" TV, a terrible thought!) This isn't too much of a problem with the PSX as most of the old games will work on a PS2, but could I bear to get rid of my N64 if I wanted a gamecube? (and I do!) It's a tough decision and it means that I'm not likely to be getting to play on all those latest generation games for quite a while yet!

Where was that money for the GameBoy Advance again?

You could try using phono leads to plug it in to a stereo, perhaps. It would give better sound than some TVs anyway.

I'm quite happy to play 4 player split screen on a 14" TV. What I'd like is a TV with Stereo sound. Having used on at my friends house, I know what a great difference it makes!

I have to play all my games on a 14" screen... but don't cry for me... The longer I wait with a crappy screen, the more appreciative I will be when I receive the screen of the wide.

True consoles are getting old just because i see that not only graphics aren't so different on the PS2 and DC and that the games areen't very original at all.

But can you imagine playing a PS2 on a 14" TV? Argh! I suppose I could try to disguise the case, paint it pink or something!

Yeah, I'd get a PS2, if only to play all the nice mech games that are heading it's way. But I'd also love a gamecube because I've always loved Nintendo games.

Hell, I'd get everything if I had the money, wouldn't you?

Another outstanding victory for Sony and their Playstation 2...Pah! It is good to see that PB doesn't take sides though...we need that backbone of maturity in the forums! Hurrah for PB!
