I've had one CD case cracked but couldn't be bothered to complain and send it back and wait for a new copy to turn up!

Hm, play are good for DVDs/Games and stuff but i've bought 3 cd's from them and 2 have had the cases cracked.
The jiffy bags they use aren't the best.

I bought the Blackadder collection from them, they were quick and cheap. They have a very small collection of DVDs though.

Dont like the sequel that much and preferred the first. Was between the single disc edition and the special edition for £9.99 but there wasn't much else in the 2 for £16 offer.
