Be honest. You don't have to give every thing 10/10. Don't just write "this game roxorz!!!111" You have a word limit, which allows you to get quite a lot of information on the game in, so use it.
And make it lively without going too far off topic.
Use good descriptive words, not 'it was a good un'.
Didnt the word limit used to be 4,000 ?
Character count rather than word count.

No, it's been knocked down at LEAST once (probably twice) in the time I've been here, which is only around 700 days. You're just getting old and forgetful.

Try not to just tell the story of the game. People want to know what the game is like, not what the game is about.
