I started my own website (my sister bought it on her account, which sadly isn't a freeola account-in other words, i don't host with freeola) but i thought i'd ask as a general question. Is there any reason why a SiteBuilder won't let me upload any pictures? It keeps telling me that i can only upload .GIF, .JPG and .JPEG format pictures, and i've checked the picture i'm trying to upload, and it's a .JPEG, so presumably it should upload, but it doesn't as the site seems to think it's the wrong format. Am completely bamboozled with this one. Any suggestions?

Should have gone to --spec...-- Freeola! Just so you know (or could mention to your sister) you can transfer domains in for free if you did want to, plus our InstantPro has a 30 day money back guarantee! You can't really loose? Also if you didn't want to transfer your domain, you can try InstantPro with a free Freeola 500 address.

Got it, when it was asking me to rename the file, i didn't realise i had to leave the .jpg part at the end of the name (presuming the format would stay the same). All sorted :)

I've tried both .jpeg, .JPEG and also .jpg and .JPG, but it's having none of it. I've even tried using Firefox instead of IE. Haven't got a clue what to do.

Hey Chris,

When we first were testing our InstantPro software we ran into a couple of problems with uploading pictures. Turned out that if the extension was capitalised the software wouldn't recognise it. As far as I am aware this was a simple fix and now should work both ways on our builder.

For example, chris.jpeg may work while it moans about chris.JPEG. Try changing the file extension to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
