1. I had a lot of car damage on a game of Tag.
2. I let the kid tag me.
3. In his colliding with my car, I 'damaged out' and therefore the tag moved on to the nearest person.
4. He was the nearest person, and therefore got the tag again.
If you haven't played Midtown Madness 3 on Live, then you still may not understand, but I don't think there's any simpler way of me putting it

Our gamertags are on that list in the Xbox forum - we've quite a range of games - so if you haven't already, add us and you'll experience other people making mistakes - and Mark and I picking up on them :D

Well seeing as their population is about 4-5 times bigger than ours i wouldn't be too surprised if there were.
