Basically, I want to be able to click on "WWE Catalogue" and have the page appear in the layer with the scrollbar. Now, I can't use frames. I can use iFrames I think, but I haven't a clue how to. I have the WWE Catalogue page ready, all I need to work out is how to do the linking. I'd prefer to have a simple click on and the page appears method if possible. I could do it but having the whole page load up, but I don't really wanna do that.
Oh, and the image is a background, so can I use Image Mapping on the background? If so, how?

Nice.
I've always had the impression that 99% of the time frames are the scum of the internet, are Iframes part of this 'scum' or are they better?
Like if you enter the site with an Iframe window-page filling the whole screen or something..
