Morning:
To start off:
2 cups of tea
3 slices of toast
couple of cookies
and a yougart
followed by a nice cheese roll.
Lunch:
Not much for lunch because you had a big breakfast:
2 cups of orange (fresh)
a nice big bag of chips with curry sauce
a mars bar
and a packet of salt N vinegar crisps
Tea: It's been about 4.1/2 since your last meal, your starving now:
Roast chicken (bought from tesco already cooked because you can't be bothered to cook it yourself)
Potatoes, 5 of them.
while cooking potatoes drink 2 pints of cheap beer
before tea is ready, see how many pot noodles you can eat
eat roast chicken and potatoes
another 3 pints of cheap beer
a kitkat
a mars bar
a few cookies
Then, sit back on your chair and surf the net/play games all night, this allows the food to settle down and be stored as fat.
