RRDI - Robin's reccomended daily intake:

Morning:

To start off:
2 cups of tea
3 slices of toast
couple of cookies
and a yougart

followed by a nice cheese roll.

Lunch:
Not much for lunch because you had a big breakfast:
2 cups of orange (fresh)
a nice big bag of chips with curry sauce
a mars bar
and a packet of salt N vinegar crisps

Tea: It's been about 4.1/2 since your last meal, your starving now:
Roast chicken (bought from tesco already cooked because you can't be bothered to cook it yourself)
Potatoes, 5 of them.
while cooking potatoes drink 2 pints of cheap beer
before tea is ready, see how many pot noodles you can eat
eat roast chicken and potatoes
another 3 pints of cheap beer
a kitkat
a mars bar
a few cookies

Then, sit back on your chair and surf the net/play games all night, this allows the food to settle down and be stored as fat.

Wow, do that everyday, and you'll be needing the Atkins...

'Chips with Curry Sauce' ...sounds like something one of my mates has everyday
