Thanks guys, managed to pick up some dodgy program that did the job.

Yes get hold of a copy of Goldwave or some other program for editing sound/mp3/wav/etc (you may have to convert the mp3 into wav if the program can't handle mp3 but to be honest they all do nowadays) the program should allow you to highlight parts, or all of the track, and play it forwards or backwards.
If there isn't an option to play it backwards (Ie an alternate play button facing the wrong way) then simply select the whole track and find the option to reverse the selected material in the edit menu.
Most sound editors will work along these lines.

Buy the sheet music and lyrics. Find enough people to perform it to you and give them everything in reverse.
Hunt round for a programme to convert it to .wav, then open it in the sound recorder, and from there you can reverse it.
