"Elephant"

Most high school movies are typically romantic bull, whereas I think this one will turn out brilliant.

Another movie based around high school and the students going about their everyday life at school. So far, sounds ok. Lots of fresh faces too, didn't see anyone famous in the trailer. Not very often a film will appeal if there's nobody famous in it. But that was like it with Donnie Darko! Somehow, this film reminds me of Donnie Darko.. not sure why though.
Weird name for a film when it seems as though it has nothing to do with the movie, but on the official site it makes sense.

The tagline for it is "An ordinary high school day. Except it's not."
Makes you wonder what it's all about. Until you find out it involves shootings.

Yeah, I can see why you compared it to Donnie Darko (My fave film!), I dunno, it seems sinister and quiet, quite eerie and dark. The characters seem to have the same resemblance to DD.

My computer is so shockingly bad i couldn't see all the advert only the first few seconds but it looks allright I guess.

The black haired kid looks a bit weird and there IS something sinister about him. ala donnie darko.

Also, just noticed it's from HBO films. All their TV shows are great, so I'm sure they picked this film for a reason...

Does Indeed look interesting. I think it looks sorta like a Rules Of Attraction/ Donnie Darko crossbreed, which probably means it won't be for everyone. Both great films though, and I'll look foward to seeing this one.

Also, I noticed it was 'Now Playing in NY and LA'
