At the moment in the gaming industry it seems that the Consoles will over power the PC, beacause with the PCs at the moment you have to go through a 3 minute installing stage unlike the console you can put the gamein and now with the PS2 you don't even have to wait for the game to load. Now with consoles the Poloygon count is higher than the Pixels on TV which makes the game have alot better graphics on a TV than a PC monitor this is because the TV has the same amount of pixels as a PC monitor but because the game console has a higher Polygon count has reached higher than the maximum resolution of a TV therefore the graphics for a games console are a lot better than on a PC. The one good thing that the PC has got is the internet yes consoles are turning to the internet but the problem with the consoles internet is that you can only have say the sega server and the internet is a lot slower than the PC. With the PCs Internet you can access any site world (unlike the Sega server which only has sites selected by sega) and the PC modem are alot faster than consoles modem. So only time can decide the victor of this debate.
You can access ANY website in the world on a Dreamcast- not "only the ones Sega selects"!!! Where did u hear this. The DC's only problem is low TV resolution, and it doesn't support flash. But with the free DC browser upgram (already out in Japan and US) this will also be possible!
