10) When I'm Sixty Four
Who says life starts at 40? It starts at 64, that's the obvious message from this Beatles classic.

9) The Long And Winding Road
Always a masterful piece even before the recent release in Let It Be Naked. Will Young, this is how it is supposed to be sung.

8) Come Together
Aerosmith and Craig David have both covered this, but there is no beating the Lennon/McCartney partnership. Hats off to this.

7) Strawberry Fields Forever
King of the abstract songs, strawberry fields forever will drift you into a galaxy many miles away. An absorbing and perplexing track.

6) Hey Jude
Seven minutes of pure geniousity. A great tune, and a great chorus sums up this gem of a song.

5) Paperback Writer
All the fun of the newspaper rolled up and delivired in one two and a half minute dazzler that will have anyone singing this favourite.

4) Help
Help is a great song, and stood the album in great stead for it's release, anyone could sit down and listen to this song.

3) A Day In The Life
Suddenly ordinary chores look exciting, just shows what you can do with a good drummer and pair of guitarists.

2) Let It Be
Another title track, this is probably the Beatles last great song accompinied by a rather subtle piece of music.

1) Yesterday
It may be one paragraph long, it may not boast the funkiest tune on the planet but Yesterday is an absolute, marvel of a masterpiece. The opening line sets the pace of the song;
#Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away#
The song gets better and will have anyone thinking deeply after this song. Brilliant stuff.

Thankyou for reading and thankyou Beatles for a great music career to follow.

Radiohead have done about 150 songs, summink like that, but cba to make a list of their top 100 it would take so long, plus i find it hard to rank some of their songs against others. I'm sure if you go to www.ateaseweb.com there's a post with a list of all their songs and rank as voted for by atease users.

I'm all for accepting other people's opinions, so I'm not going to complain about "Across the Universe" not making the number 1 spot.

But not making the top 100?!? :-S

People, this list is not to be copied for a VERY good reason! ;-D

Well, that was different. But what the hell was the point? Everyone knows that they achieved a lot, so why bother by posting 100 of their best songs?
