I'd download MSN Messanger 6.1 on my desktop and laptop. No problem with the desktop, but I cannot sign in with my laptop. I tried to get help from MSN but was not successful, any advice would be much appreciated.
MSN was playing games with me a few minutes ago. Signing in then out again immediately. Seems OK now though..?
I Upgraded to 6.1 and it wouldn't connect either. Ended up taking it off and re-installing again.
That's a lot of questions.
How is your laptop connected to the internet? Does it connect through another machine or a router? What operating system is running on the laptop? What error message did you get that indicated MSN is failing to work? Did a previous version of MSN ever work on the laptop?
MSN is known to do that every now and again.
A possible cause could be that you may be signed in at another location (i.e, your desktop PC).

then in another 2 mins, and another and another...etc until you realise its MSNs fault and you stop posting topics like this.
