Do you have submit a review/cheat or whatever everyday that you want to win or does it work by you submitting your stuff whenever yor want, and they randomly pick one???

You just post whatever then stand around in a hat with a stick on the top. Then the staffies (or specially trained dolphins) throw brooms, volcanoes and french cheese-engineers at you - whoever gets a ostrich on their sticks wins.
Then, the first 12,092 winners get put into a hat. The claustrophobic ones die, the Tony paints the survivors green. These are then lowered into a cage of rabbits (plus 17.6 proper geese and a swan) coated in biros.
The winners (that is, those who are less inked) and then sent into a haunted mansion for 3 days. Then someone else steals the prize and the mansion is blased into space with surplus dog-food and oysters.
