Yeah, that big "Face" you often see filling your screens on a Saturday afternoon if you have Sky Sports 1 tuned-in. The co-commentator who sees everything in Football as either "Fantastic!", "Incredible!", or like a goal is something we've never seen before... Oh. And he was player-manager at Bradford City a few years back, aswell.
Despite how much the guy may "over-react" to the simplest of things (like a high-on-sugar 7-year-old in `The World's Biggest and Bestest Toy-Shop´), they guy is, quite simply, a ``Legend´´. Any regular-viewer of Geoff Stelling and his Soccer Saturday will be able to tell you that. And now, I notice he's also making his name on good old Soccer AM, too...
I hadn't seen the show in MONTHS (due to work and that) until last Saturday. So, I sit myself down, ready for a classic 3-hour marathon of Football and "Madness" (and what a great combination!).
And, as anyone else who saw it will now, "Hyper-Man" was sent to give a behind-the-scenes pre-match before Leicester's big game.
So, there he was. In the Leicester City dressing-room, with one-or-two of the teams players there, several-hours early... And then, completely out-of-the-blue, he sees the Foxes' shirts all hung-up nice and neatly and decides to start turning them around, so the names and numbers of each-one can be seen (something Micky Adams had specified he didn't want)...
And so, there he was. "Let's just, er... WA'EY!" "WA'EY! And another one!" "Why not go for one-more?!" "WA'EEYYY!!" Laughing so-much he was virtually in-tears at the end of it all!
But, why, Chris? Why???
It seemed like what Tim and Helen said back at the studio was true; `Looks like someone had a bit too much to drink at their Christmas Part, last night!´. Madness!
I don't know why exactly, but it was hilarious to watch - as anyone else will also testify.
I love Saturdays! There's nothing quite like waking-up in the morning to a couple of hours with Soccer AM! :)
...There's nothing quite like Chris Kamara!
