Bought the collector’s edition "DVD" yesterday for 11.95 (sweet!) really just for the commentary with Kurt Russell and John Carpenter. Carpenters commentary on "Ghosts of Mars" actually made the film entertaining

His b’tching with Natasha Henstridge was hilarious.

Carpenter - “I knew I was making a brave film at the time”
Henstridge – “But John, every day on set you told us it was the biggest load of crap you had ever worked on”
Carpenter – “well…..yes, but anyway Nat, you have marvellous breasts”

So hopefully this one will be amusing too.

Anyway, where was I going with this. Oh aye. Why have they used the computer game artwork for the front cover? Its weird. It shows 6 – 7 guys running through the snow carrying machine guns. None of which have any resemblance to the cast, and if I remember correctly, there is only one handgun, a flamethrower, a shotgun and a few grenades in the film.

Are they trying to mislead people unaware of the film into thinking it is an all out action flick instead of the potboiler of a tension flick it is?

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
