i'd be happy if once the aliens are all wiped out, the predators resume their slaughter of the humans, otherwise we may be forced to endure a severely cheesy ET-like ending.

Hiring Paul Anderson to direct and write it. The only decent film he's done was Event Horizon, and while it did have some good special effects and plenty of gore, it was clichéd up to the ass.

I hope AVP is gonna be good. Well, where can they go wrong? they've already made loads of the blinders, so im sure that combining them all in a very fine storyline with pleasing action and gore will be no problem.
