How flippin excellent is that game. All developers slightly improve certain genres like Timespitters improving the Shoot 'em ups with the multiplayer map maker and Perfect dark with its counter operative mode. Yet Nintendo always make something completley mad.
Pokemon Snap for example Nintendo knew Pokemon sells loads and so does shooters but how can they combine the two (They have made every other type of game with Pokemon in it). They can't have Pikachu blowing Blastoise's brains out so what do they do turn a Gun into a camera.
Kirby tilt and tumble is yet another ingenious idea from the Nintendo camp. Tilt the gameboy one way and Kirby rolls that direction. One game I never imagined is one of those handheld marble maze games on a Game system. There is actual bad guys to defeat it isn't simply a maze game it is a rolling platformer.
8 levels not including bonus in one of those must get Nintendo Gameboy games. It has an inbuilt sensor so when you tip Kirby rolls, and with spikes ready to poke Kirby if he gets to close it involves perfect tipping.
Heres to the future and Nintendo making origonal games like that it looks as if the future of gaming will be great.
Kirby tilt and tumble will be class and i've decided the future isn't orange but purple!
(Don't bother counting them... we didn't...)
It has been done before on the PC in the form of Quarantine. It even had the added parts of being able to get weapons and blow anyone out of your way (of course the enemy sometimes had weapons too... in the bad neighbourhoods). Also, GTA2 allowed you to be a Taxi Driver, but you weren't timed and the person never told you where to take them.
Something went wrong...
Although the Pokemon RPG's on the gameboy were great, the N64 titles were far from exceptional.
As for trying new things, Nintendo clearly have hundreds of ideas but there's plenty of other companies out there doing their bit in pushing gaming forward.
Yes make comments.
I accept not everyone will agree with what you say, this is a discussions forum after all
NO DONT BE SO BIASED!
Carts don't need to load
I admitted that already!
Carts don't make noise
So? If you've got the volume on yuor TV at a level that you can actually hear the telly, then you cant hear the noise from the CD, thats a pretty pointless argumrnt, dont you think?
Carts
> don't cause the system to burn out
I've never had any of my consoles break so i cant comment.
Resident Evil 2 took two Cd's
> but one Cart
So?
Carts can be as big as they make them
The biggest cart ive heard of is 256Mbits, a CD holds 650Mbytes
I go for
> quality not quantity
If you go for quality not quantity, why does it matter if RE2 came on 2 cd's? If it was a good game it wouldnt matter to you.
Only problem in my mind is Music and Videos

But there should be no need for Videos and The music is still
> good on Carts

I get a deacent (Zelda the best game ever) N64 game

The only good thing about carts is
