Actually looks quite good. The Alan B'stard son of Dune (Even down to the Sadukkar style shock troopers with face plates, and the general "feel" of the sets) and Stargate.
Might be entertaining. Say what you like about Vin Desil, but he's got a cool voice. ;)

Film looks pretty decent, and there has been a real lack of big sci-fi action films recently, not counting the fun but dissapointing Matrix sequels. Just one thing though, who decided to name the main baddie the 'Necromongers'?
It's got Karl "Eomer" Urban in, hasn't it? He's one of the best actors in LotR, so I might go see this. I liked Pitch Black, even though it had Arnie Mark II in it.

Could be good, as Pitch Black was a very understated little sci-fi horror flick, and Riddick is one cool anti-hero.
I've got a feeling that there's a chance that it could get a critical mauling, but it could be a good mindless action movie nonetheless.
