What the hell is it???

I just signed up, 'cos my friend told me to. Anyone know anything about it? Aparently he said I could get free points from www.sickpanda.com/free.html ... And then he sent me his "secret link"... And I don't understand... Waaa... I have a secret link though. Help, please.
