Yeah they are the fake images that have been doing the rounds on most GTA fan sites and forums.
Here are some clues in Vice City that make me sure that San Andreas will be the next GTA:
-BJ Smith (footballer) was once playing against San Andreas with 2 broken legs.
-Pedestrian comment - ''I hope San Andreas is heaven''
-Websites have been reseverd by a Rockstar executive both including the name SA & San Andreas. (This is probably the strongest infomation we have about the setting)
-Sunshine Auto's, ie. SA - This is probably just a coincidence but its a good one!
-Shady Acres - Also SA. This is one of the commercials played on the Vice City radio's.
-Just behind the Cherry Poppers ice cream HQ there is a sign with a phone number including the digits 661, this is the area code to California where San Andreas is due to bet set.
-In the airport there are loads of transport crates saying '' South-West shipping & Co'', San Andreas (Los Angeles and San Fransico) are both based in CA, in the South-West of the U.S.
-On the Escobar Int webpage it mentions a few destinations, one of which is San Andreas.
