i just heard championship manager 4 coming to x-box. I am serouisily reconsidering buying a x-box in favour of a Gamecube. anyone else?

They were thinking of making a few things 3d like set pieces, the developers said that this would show you if you had weaknesses in defence or up front or one of you players is carrying the team.

nah i dont think CM should go for the 3d games. i dont like any of the managment games that actually show the match. they aint as in-depth as CM. What i want from CM4 is more communication with the board(like if u are half a million short for a player or somthin), ability to rig matches, gambling, and some other stuff that i cant think of right now.

Not for CM4 though it is getting all to the same for each game released. They need a new idea like live 3D games.

Me bro is footy sim mad and loves the CM series. He will be delighted when the next one comes round. I don't know what it is...you could say that the CM series is the Marmite of the Gaming world...love it...or hate it...If it had to be one, I would have to be a hater...they seem to boring and with the games available on PC nowadays they don't come close to providing the entertainment on-line FPS's do.

I suppose it is all down to preference, but with such modern gaming, graphics and availability, it is hard to inagine how such a game could keep the fans! I don't know HOW it does!

I'm sorry, but I'm with a few of the others on this thread: Why not just buy the thing for the PC seeing as PC games are typically less expensive anyway? Why pay 300+ just to play a game you could get for about 30 (at most)?

championship manager is my fave type of game. some people get turned on by their platformers, some their RPG's. I love Manangement sims. thats why i have been swayed towards the x-box. but not swayed far enough. for me to actually buy a x-box i need more news on this wwf game. if its not all that, i will stay wid gamecube.

Yeah... that truly was a day that all gamers had awaited for years...

okay i agree they are patches, whenthey do the season variation. but when they step up a number, they do actually change the engine of the game. personally i think the step up from CM2 to CM3 was big as the step up from the amiga to the PC.
