Hi i'm looking for a Free Image Editing software what i mean by Image Editing is:
Something in which you can get a photo from the internet which might have already had computer graphics put onto it then remove it to get the original photo back.
For Example a pic of a car from the net which someone has used Microsoft paint to change the original photo can you get the photo and undo what has been done to get back the original photo ?

as already mentioned, you'd need the original picture.
