Is there any good horrors on tonight?
Normally on halloween they've got some really old (and now boring) ones, but does anyone know if any good ones are on, and if so what and what time?
Cheers :P

Hey! :O
I don't mind, I only like to watch the films, and the horror channel isn't exactly well known :P

Nope, it was simply a really dead night on the decent tv channels. :D

Cool, I got the Evil Dead companion/compendium thing a while back. Didn't read it all but there's loads of behind the scenes and interview stuff in there.

Aye, granted, well Evil Dead 3 is far from serious though :)

Love em all though ... bought Bruce Campbells autobiography (the only one I own) few years back, he shows you how they made half the props and effects in the first film.

Great book though, that guy has a great sense of humour.

Well Evil Dead II, since that's the funny horror of the three. :P

For other bizarre "horrors" some of the House series of movies are passable in a light-hearted way.

Best horror film I ever did see (for goryness) was 'Braindead', also known as 'Dead-Alive'.

Horrific, but bloody funny with it, as many of these mid 80's horrors are. Think Evil Dead, only with Australian accents and buckets more gore, and you get the idea.

And the final scene is a peach ...

Thing called Creepshow 2 was on the horror channel the night before halloween, knowing that channel it'll get repeated quickly.

It comprises of 3 stories written by Stephen King and Directed by George Romero.

Not bad if your interested in either's work, first two are interesting and the third I found hilarious. First story is the worst of the bunch (as it's very slow-paced) so you'll have to sit through that one but it's all good from then on.

"Thanks for the lift lady!" - watch it and you'll see. :D
