I'd decided to go easy on the game buying recently and promised myself not to buy any more Xbox games.

So today I bought Sonic Adventure on the DC.

Oh yes and I bought a Saturn and Sega Rally. For a total of £18.

I figured it was OK because they aren't Xbox games.

Silly child. The Dreamcast is worse than Saddam Hussain.

Hmmm, eyeing up a copy of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (R2) on ebay.

for some none-descript reason it is not available on Region 2 anymore, so I've got to pay through the nose for it.

why the hell would they delete such an excellent film, it's still available on Region 1.

so, you happy with it? I think it's an excellent game, once you get past the tricky controls and sometimes dodgy camera angles, it's quality.

retro gaming is great - an n64 with expansion pak and three top games cost me about 50 nicker.

I'm going to get a SNES next.

then all I need to do is get my A1200 out of the wardrobe, connect it to me telly, and I can live in the mid 90s forever!

I'm quite proud of myself this year. I've only bought 2 GC games, 2 PS2 games and no Xbox games.
