Oh how I wish he'd go away

This is some sort of nursery rhyme, of sorts, and we have probably all heard it as kids but it is rather good indeed. You can look into it really deeply and explore the various levels of meaning.

It's either referring to a ghost, or a memory that won't go away, of someone who the person loved and misses a lot.

Lol, alright it isnt as deep as I emphasised but there are a few meanings behind it which I like.

Or, like me, you can sneer at it from a great height, and mock anyone stupid enough to see "deep meaning" in it. It's like watching a three month old baby stare for hours on end at some random bject, transfixed and fascinated, despite the fact that said object is nothing at all remarkable.
