Hi,

I'm planning to include a quiz style questionnaire as part of my site, where the user clicks on radio boxes, then clicks a button and gets their score calcualted. Thing is, we've been told not to use Javascript, CGI, any "fancy" stuff - just XHTML, CSS and SSI. Is there a way of doing this?

You could always do it using Flash components I suppose, but you'd need actionscript.

Using just static languages like HTML and CSS there's no chance you can do something like that.

Even with SSI you'd need to include a perl script or similar CGI.

I need ideas for the site still - as the quiz thing doesn't seem to work without some sort of dynamic script, I'm at a loss. The specification is to "do something different from a book on the web" - I've come up with animated gifs so far. Ideas?

Again, NO! Its HTML:

at the top of your page put:

At the bottom of the page or where ever:

Top

It's and ANCOHOR link. Simple as that!

In short, no chance without using some form of dynamic/script process in JS, PHP, ASP blah blah.

I seem to remember that there were some sort of HTML codes that you could use...
