You don't have to pay BT for Surftime if that's what you mean.
If you have a BT line, pay us £12.99 per month and you have full hosting access in the same way as 0845 dial-up and broadband customers.
Thanks,
Danny

Do I have to pay BT another 5 pounds per month for the landline? I got websites hosting by Freeola and need to pay for upload at the moment; if I join Freeola Anytime, will that included for uploading my sites hosted by Freeola?
The best idea I can give you is that it's rare for any *genuine* users to be booted for abuse.
Mainly it's spammers, opportunists and get-rich-quick eejits who set-up a quick account knowing that as soon as we discover what they're up to they'll be booted.
As far as limits go, the parameters change on a regular basis. The most important thing is what I've already said - genuine sites are rarely booted.
